The Key to Getting Someone to Talk to You on Tinder Is Sending a GIF

I’m glad more people use the phrase, “I want a drink” than “I need a drink.”  A new survey asked people when they drink alcohol.  And fortunately, we’re more likely to get drunk on HAPPY occasions than bad ones.  86% of people drink when they’re celebrating a special occasion, 73% do it on their birthday, and 72% do it when they have a really good day.

On the more negative side, 60% drink after a really bad day, 52% do it when they’re stressed, and 40% do it after a breakup.

Men are most likely to drink beer for all six of those occasions.  Women are most likely to drink wine for all the happy ones, but they go for liquor after bad days or breakups.

The survey also found 8% of people drink every day, 28% drink every week, 20% drink every month, and 23% never have alcohol.
