R. Kelly is on the verge of losing his Georgia mansion; he was recently served with an eviction notice on Tuesday (Feb. 13). The notice reveals the artist is behind $23,084.90 in rent and owes an additional $2,308.49 in late fees. The monthly rent on the property is $11,542.  Back in December, Kelly claimed both of his Atlanta homes had been broken into, with an associate taking many items including furniture, TVs and his washer and dryer.  Kelly has been downsizing due to a dip in revenue last year, due to the accusations last year that he was running an abusive sex cult. Despite numerous allegations, he maintains his innocence and has yet to be charged with any crime. Criminal charges are expected, however, to be levied against the singer due to the damage done to the house.

17-year-old rapper Lil Pump was arrested for firing a gun inside his San Fernando Valley, Calif. home on Wednesday night, Feb. 14. Pump’s manager apparently told local law enforcement that three men were trying to break into the rapper’s home around 4 p.m. that day. The manager, who wasn’t at the house at the time, says the intruders fired a gun once they made their way through the door. Police responded to the disturbance and found a bullet hole in Pump’s front door. They claim he had been smoking weed that day and that after talking to him, they found some problems with Pump’s story. Police believe that it was Pump himself that fired the weapon in his home while no one was there. As a result, Pump was arrested for discharging a weapon in an inhabited place. Pump has a mixtape called Harvard Dropout on the way..  He remains in custody at press time.

Kanye West took a nine-month absence from social media back in May 2017 and deleted all of his accounts, but the artist decided to return to Instagram in a big way on Valentine’s Day. Rumors are circulating that rapper Cardi B is pregnant, ever since reports state that members of her entourage were telling others why she didn’t want to be partying when she was performing at an event during Super Bowl weekend. The 25-year-old rapper, who is engaged to fellow rapper Offset, performed at several events in Minneapolis during Super Bowl weekend. After Cardi performed, she apparently didn’t want to return to her own VIP room because alcohol was there. Her representative then told the employee that Cardi B is three to four months pregnant. Pregnancy rumors first surfaced a week or two ago, which Cardi B immediately shot down. Cardi and Offset appear to be going strong, despite reports over New Year’s that the engagement was off following rumors he cheated on her. However rap’s royal pair were most recently seen Sunday night at Prabal Gurung’s fall 2018 show as part of New York Fashion Week.

After teasing a new collaboration over the past few days, Khalid and Fifth Harmony member Normani Kordei dropped their Valentine’s Day single “Love Lies” on Wednesday. The song features Khalid’s distinct voice complimenting Normani’s smooth vocals over a simple guitar riff and slow pop beat. “Love Lies” is Normani’s first solo track apart from Fifth Harmony. It will be featured on the soundtrack for the movie Love, Simon, which hits theaters this spring. Check out the track below.
