People Are Confessing to Things They Learned Embarrassingly Late in Life

A post on Threads is going viral after a lady asked “What’s something you didn’t learn the truth about until an embarrassingly long later time in life?”  And people are jumping in with hilarious confessions.  Here are some of the best responses:

1.  “I thought the person who read the ‘disclaimer’ during commercials just talked super fast, then realized they just sped the audio up.”

2.  “The little piggy who went to market wasn’t going grocery shopping.”

3.  “I thought McGraw Hill textbooks were made by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.”

4.  “I thought Elton John was blind because of those wild sunglasses.”

5.  “When you’re told not to operate heave machinery with certain medications, they mean cars.  I always assumed bulldozers.”

6.  “I thought the Mount Rushmore faces occurred naturally by coincidence.  Can’t believe I just admitted that.”
