I’m not one to tell anyone how to spend their money, but if you’re someone who will spend $1,400 on a diaper bag, and then just leave it sitting around, you’re kind of asking for this.
The police in Memphis are looking for a burglar who broke into a car last month and took a bunch of stuff, including several credit cards, a $500 ring, and a Gucci diaper bag valued at $1,400. (???)
The car was parked in a driveway at 10:00 P.M. It’s unclear if it was a random theft, or if it was targeted, but it seems like it was probably the latter.
The suspect probably knew what they got, and that it wasn’t just a normal diaper bag, because they came back three days later and tried to break into the same vehicle again, but this time they weren’t successful.
The police have a blurry image of a suspect, but as far as we know, no arrests have been made. (Here’s a link to a similar bag in case you want one!)
