New Problem: A.I. Notetakers Spreading Gossip

A.I. notetakers on Zoom are common at work now.  Pro tip:  Don’t forget it’s ALWAYS listening.

A writer for “Forbes” pointed out a big issue H.R. departments are seeing right now:  A.I. spreading GOSSIP.

It’s common for meetings to “end,” but then a few people stick around and keep chatting.  And they forget the A.I. is still listening in.

It becomes an issue when those notetaking apps send highlights to the whole team, and include what you said.  (!!!)

For example, there might be something at the end of the summary that says, “John noted Susan seemed angry today.  Maybe she’s got stuff going on at home?

Something like that can cause major drama and be a nightmare for H.R.  And if YOU made the comment, it can get you in big trouble.
