A random new poll asked, “How do you feel about other people making puns?”
14% of people say they “love it”, 27% “like it”, 37% are “neutral”, 5% “dislike it”, and 3% “hate it.” 15% are “not sure.”
Also: 16% of people say they “love” using puns themselves, 23% “like it”, 36% are “neutral”, 4% “dislike it”, and 2% “hate it.”
Most people admit that they’re kinda average at it, however, 6% say they’re “outstanding” at coming up with them, while 9% think they’re horrible at it.
Throughout all three questions: Men are more into puns than women, which shouldn’t be surprising, and younger adults like them more than older folks.
