Moneybagg Yo announces two projects in personal open letter

Memphis rapper Moneybagg Yo posted a heartfelt open letter to his fans on social media, where Bagg addressed his absence and the love and loss he’s endured in the past two years. In the post, he also announced his upcoming highly anticipated mixtape Hard to Love. Said Bagg: “I gained and lost more than I ever thought I would and had no other safe outlet for all the emotions and dark thoughts that came wit that other than making music … This tape right here for my core fans, THE STREETS! Hard to Love is the first new music from Bagg since his critically acclaimed album, A Gangsta’s Pain which was the fourth highest selling rap album of 2021. The album topped the Billboard charts with four No. 1 consecutive singles, “Said Sum,” “Time Today,” “Wockesha,” and “Scorpio.”

Hard To Love is set to drop on May 26th; the full tracklist has not been revealed as of press time, but the recently released single “On Wat U On,” with GloRilla will be included on the EP.
