Lil Scrappy Failed a Drug Test, and Claims He's Addicted to Weed

LIL SCRAPPY has failed a court-ordered drug test, and he says he can't help it, because he's ADDICTED to marijuana.

Scrappy went to jail back in March, after a dispute over a separate pee test. According to TMZ, Scrappy tried to turn in a urine sample that was COLD and may have been tampered with, but he refused to submit another sample.

Scrappy's lawyer says that he'll go to rehab before his next court date in June, however, it's unclear what the ramifications for this failed test will be.

Paris Hilton Has Signed with Cash Money Records, and Will Release an Album of House Music This Summer

For some reason, Cash Money Records has signed PARIS HILTON, and she'll release an album of HOUSE MUSIC sometime this summer. Supposedly, LIL WAYNE will contribute to the album, along with AFROJACK. Paris tells Showbiz411.com, "This is a lot different than my first album. It's really going to be house music." Her first album,"Paris", came out in 2006.

Paris will also be doing some DJing this summer, but she hasn't received much love from the electronic music community for her previous DJing efforts. A-TRAK saw her DJing last year, and called it, "'SNL'-worthy", and DEADMAU5 said, "The Mayans saw this [crap] coming."

There's no release date for Paris' album yet.

A ridiculous video from 2011 of rapper WAKA FLOCKA FLAME in the recording studio is taking off online. It was shot while he was laying down backing vocals for the Yo Gotti track "Blow Yo [A-word] Off".

And the reason it's funny is, he has headphones on so you can't hear the actual song. You can only hear what he's recording, which consists almost entirely of him shouting his name and the phrase "BOW BOW BOW" over and over again.

Chief Keef Was Arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Because He Was Smoking Pot in a Hotel

17-year-old Chicago rapper CHIEF KEEF was arrested for disorderly conduct on Monday afternoon, when he was allegedly caught smoking marijuana in an Atlanta hotel. After being released, Keef Tweeted, "Just got out of DeKalb County jail in Atlanta. Mad as [eff]." He also posted a picture of his mugshot on Instagram.

Keef and his smoking buddies were ratted out by a straight-laced security guard, who called 911. He told the operator, "We have a bunch of gentlemen rollin' marijuana, and smokin' all in the room. The room is filled with smoke . . . I announced myself as security, and they let me in the room as if it didn't even matter." (TMZ has audio of the call. Question: Is it protocol to call 911 after finding people smoking weed in a hotel room?)

Robert Pattinson Moved Out on Kristen Stewart After All

On Monday we heard that ROBERT PATTINSON and KRISTEN STEWART had broken up, but were still living together. But apparently that wasn't true.

Because pictures surfaced yesterday of Pattinson leaving their home Sunday, with all his stuff jammed in the back of a pickup truck. (People, New York Daily News)

A source says Robert left because Kristen is still in contact with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director RUPERT SANDERS, and check this out: Robert found out about it on his BIRTHDAY. The not-always-reliable British tabloids say Rob picked up Kristen's phone while she was in the shower, because he wanted to take a picture of something, and she got a text from Rupert as he was holding it. At that point, he told her it was over. And a source says, "It does look like this time it's over for good. He simply can't trust her.

As for the dogs he was supposedly staying in the house for, he took them. As for Kristen, "Us Weekly" says that she went toTAYLOR SWIFT'S house on Monday, and stayed there most of the day.

Meanwhile, there are rumors that KATY PERRY had something to do with the breakup. She's reportedly been circling Robert for a while now. A source says she was, "one of many reasons" Rob and Kristen split.

Apparently, Rob was a shoulder for Katy to cry on when she divorced RUSSELL BRAND, and she's been there for him duing all his problems with Kristen.

Chris Brown Rear-Ended Somebody, And His Other Girlfriend Was With Him

CHRIS BROWN got into a fender-bender yesterday, when he rear-ended a Mercedes with his Range Rover in Hollywood. Chris did NOT explode or Hulk up, though. He pulled over and exchanged insurance info with the other driver.

Interestingly though, Chris was with KARRUECHE TRAN, that chick who basically waits around for Chris to break up withRIHANNA so she can be his temporary girlfriend until he gets BACK with Rihanna again. (Here's video. And you can see some pics here.)

Mila Kunis Has Pulled Ahead of Jennifer Lawrence as the Celebrity We'd Most Like to See in a Sex Tape

Just last month, JENNIFER LAWRENCE topped a survey of celebrities we'd most like to see in a sex tape. But things change. MILA KUNIS has pulled ahead of Jennifer, 38% to 23%.

Mila being named the Sexiest Woman in the World by "FHM" magazine might have had something to do with that.

Jennifer was followed by SOFIA VERGARA with 15%, ANGELINA JOLIE with 13%, and SELENA GOMEZ with 10%.

Confirmed New "X Factor" Judges

The rumors were true: Fox has confirmed that the two new "X Factor" judges are KELLY ROWLAND from DESTINY'S CHILD and Latin singer PAULINA RUBIO. They're replacing BRITNEY SPEARS and L.A. REID next season, and will sit alongside returning judges SIMON COWELL and DEMI LOVATO.

Simon released a statement saying, "It's taken more than a decade but I'm delighted to finally be on a panel with three girls. (I think!) Paulina and Kelly both have great taste and massive experience in the music industry and together with Demi, this is going to be a fun panel. It just feels like the time to do something different."

Both Kelly and Paulina have experience judging televised singing competitions. Kelly was a judge on the British "X Factor", while Paulina judged the Mexican version of "The Voice".

(Before the confirmation hit the Internet, there was a rumor that country singer FAITH HILL was on Simon's "short list" to be a judge. And he may have wanted her, but yesterday she Tweeted that she wasn't doing the show.)

CBS Pulled the Season Finale of "Mike & Molly" Because It Included a Tornado Storyline

CBS was supposed to air the season finale of "Mike & Molly" last night, but they pulled it at the last minute, and replaced it with a re-run.

The episode was called "Windy City", and the story involved Mike and Molly confessing things to each other as a TORNADO descended down on Chicago.

Obviously, this move was done out of sensitivity for the victims of the recent, devastating tornados in Middle America, especially the one that hit Moore, Oklahoma yesterday.

CBS says they will air the tornado episode of "Mike & Molly" at a, "appropriate date" in the future.

The "Billboard Music Awards" Included a Bizarre Acceptance Speech from Justin Bieber

This year's "Billboard Music Awards" went down last night, and when it was all said and done, TAYLOR SWIFT came out on top, taking home EIGHT awards. In all, there were 45 awards, and 10 of them were handed out during the show.

Here's a rundown of the highlights:

1. During an acceptance speech, Taylor Swift told the crowd, "You're the longest and best relationship I ever had." (And if that relationship ever ended, we all know what would happen.)

2. JUSTIN BIEBER was honored with the first-ever "Milestone Award". But as he walked to the stage, there was a lot of BOOING along with the cheering. When he got up front, he launched into a very defensive speech that included this: "I'm 19 years old, I think I'm doing a pretty good job and basically, from my heart, I really wanna say it should really be about the music. It should be about the craft, the craft that I'm making. This is not a gimmick. I'm an artist, and I should be taken seriously and all this other bull should not be spoken of." 3. KID ROCK tried to be all COOL by calling people out for lip-synching while he was presenting an award. He said, "Let's give it up for lip-syncing under pre-recorded music!" He also seemed to be ON SOMETHING, or maybe he was just pretending to be.

4. While MIGUEL was performing, he jumped from the stage to the catwalk, however, he wasn't able to clear it cleanly. Instead, he landed on some girl's head, BUTT FIRST. We're assuming she's OK. (Here's video.)
